Test results are now available on line please register for online services. All the results are looked at by a GP, and you will be contacted by text or a letter if the GP feels they require to speak to you directly.

The GPs have agreed that a request for a routine appointment can wait two to three weeks, so you will have chance to book a routine appointment.

If you wish to telephone for your results, please do so between 10:00-15:00. The telephone is not so busy at this time and the reception staff are more able to assist.
Blood tests take a minimum of 5 days, x-ray results take between 7-10 days, although some other tests may take longer.

The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data, or they are not capable of understanding the results.

Please note results can only be given to the patient concerned.
